1. Speed (is the no1 feature)
   
2. Instant Utility (must be useful directly - not after import/configuration etc. Youtube vs Google video)
   
3. Voice - (software is media. Twitter's fail-whale builded brand)
   
4. Less is More ( be really good on one feature that is used and reinforced)
   
5. Programmable (R&W Api)
   
6. Personal (make people invest time and energy)
   
7. "Rest-ful" (everything in your app should have a URL)
   
8. Discoverable (so many apps there - must be discoverable through SEO and Social Media)
   
9. Clean (Big fonts, white spaces etc. Eg. Tumblr login... )
   
10. Playful (We love games - FourSquare, Weightwatchers make us play. Twitter was invented in a kid's playground)
